About Carole Danas
As an early intervention speech pathologist, Carole Danas focuses on helping toddlers develop appropriate language and communication skills. When a child goes from non-speech, non-verbal tantruming to saying, “Mommy, I love you”, it is a remarkable feat. She would like to help mold YOUR child into a happier version of themselves.
Carole is a native New Yorker. She graduated from Queens College, with a Bachelor of Science and a Master's Degree in Speech Education. Additionally, she holds a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from Hunter College. She has worked in clinics, hospitals, public and private schools. For 27 years she was a Communication Arts and Sciences Teacher in New York Public High Schools. Carole has 13 years of private practice experience on the Upper East Side. She has successfully prepared children for acceptance to private and selective public schools in New York City.
She is the proud parent of 2 children, both of whom graduated from Horace Mann and Cornell University.
